About us
The brand team supports the development and implementation of the UCL brand and helps ensure our reputation is legally protected from misrepresentation. Our remit is wide and can range from helping individual staff and students promote their work, to advising departments on their visual identities, to signing off on university-wide campaigns and campus branding.
We want everything that UCL does to inform and align with its overall brand both visually and reputationally. We are here to help you tell your part of the UCL story and help all our audiences understand who we are and what we stand for.

Logo
If you need a copy of the logo for your collaboration, please check our UCL logo guidance and complete a logo request form in the first instance. Please complete the form with as much information as possible about your project, including details on how the logo will be used and where it will feature.
Images
- If you are a journalist looking for a particular image for an article, contact the Media Relations team, and they will be able to assist.
- For UCL members, log in to UCL Imagestore to view all our photos, or email the Brand team if you need help finding an image to use in your project.
Film and video
- If you're a broadcaster, individual, or production company and wish to film at UCL, please see our Film at UCL page for partners and external agencies.
- If you're a designer and need access to UCL branding elements for a video, contact the department that you're working with, in the first instance. They will have access to the templates and can send you what you need.
