Written permission required
Filming on campus can only take place with written permission.
Please note: filming requests to promote a product or service (even if the product or service is being used at the university) will be rejected. We do not permit branding or imagery to be used in a film that could in any way imply university endorsement or official approval.
How to request permission to film on campus
I want to film in a library space
I am a broadcaster/production company and want to film at UCL linked to a UCL story
- Contact the department or researcher linked to the story in the first instance. You can also contact the Media Relations team if you require their assistance.
I am a production company/individual and want to film at UCL for a non-UCL-related story
- Contact UCL Estates.
