Joint Departmental Seminars

UCL Anthropology has launched a new joint Departmental Seminar Series this year.

Starting after the November reading week, three joint seminars have been scheduled on Wednesdays from 11am to 1pm in the Daryll Forde Seminar Room, covering research topics from all four sub-sections including Biological Anthropology, Social Anthropology, Material Culture and Medial Anthropology in the department. There will be live streaming in the student common room for each seminar.

The first joint Departmental Seminar for this term will take place on Wednesday Nov 12 in the Daryll Forde Seminar Room 11am to 1pm. Emily Martin  (NYU) will be speaking: 'Towards and Ethnography of Experimental Psychology', with Victor Buchli as Chair.
