Student Academic Misconduct Procedure
The Student Academic Misconduct Procedure (formerly 'Examination Irregularities') has been reviewed by a working group of Education Committee and include a number of important changes for 2019-20.

Student Complaints Procedure
The Casework Team is currently consulting on an amendment to substitute the external appeals stage following a Complaints Panel hearing with an internal appeals mechanism. The procedure is currently being reviewed by Council and Academic Committee, and changes are anticipated for January 1st 2020. In the meantime the current UCL Student Complaints Procedure will continue to apply.

Material Irregularities Procedure
There are some minor clarifications to terminology and definitions, but no substantive changes to the procedure.
