• You needed more online library resources.

 We did

• We increased access to over 270,000 e-books and other types of resource, and added 30 new databases. We also purchased over 500 e-books in response to individual requests.

• You wanted space on-campus to join online meetings or seminars. 

 We did

• We have made smaller study rooms available in the Student Centre for individuals joining online meetings and seminars. 

You said

• You wanted training in multimedia and video production skills. 

We did

• We now offer online training in planning, making and editing short films and photos. 

You said

• Lecturecast should be available across more teaching spaces.

We did

• 50% of classes held in spaces which have Lecturecast available, are now being recorded.
   
• ISD continue to equip teaching rooms with Lecturecast capability and software was upgraded for better user experience.

You said

• There are issues with computer availability on campus.

We did

• ISD have installed 540 new computers, plus 60 additional laptops for loan.  

You said

• You found Blackboard Collaborate unreliable.

We did

• We invested in zoom. Staff can request a license.
