- The Student Centre opened in February 2019, providing 1,000 new study spaces. The building provides 24/7 access over eight floors, with facilities including a prayer room, quiet study rooms and ISD's IT helpdesk.
- The UCL Main Library now stays open over the Christmas closure.

- Lecturecast should be available across more teaching spaces.
We did
- 50% of classes held in spaces which have Lecturecast available, are now being recorded.
- ISD continue to equip teaching rooms with Lecturecast capability and over the summer months the software was upgraded for better user experience.

- ISD have installed 540 new computers, plus 60 additional laptops for loan.
