Building strategic partnerships between UCL and the healthcare industry
Industry support, provided by the Business and Innovation Group (B&IG) within the TRO:
- Provide tailored support to inform industry engagement activities and manage alliances
- Drive discussions/negotiations between academics and industry linking with broader professional services groups
- Facilitate cross divisional knowledge transfer around business development activities
- Facilitate knowledge exchange initiatives
- Standardise and streamline industrial collaboration processes i.e. pricing of industry research
