UCL Changemakers - Gateway to Success

Dr Claire Shih has been awarded an UCL ChangeMakers project grant, titled, Gateway to Success Programme for the MA Translation and MSc Specialised Translation students.

This programme is designed to help students studying one-year taught courses at CenTraS to reach their academic potentials and enhance their student experience by addressing themes or areas of interests from students' perspectives. Two themes will be addressed within the programme in the first instance. The first theme is related to the MA and MSc students' assessment literacy regarding translation commentary. The other theme addresses the subject of how to be prepared for further studies and for language/translation careers.

With the programme commencing this month, further news and announcements will be available on the CenTraS website in due course.
