The Professional Services Hub has launched

On 11 March, 120 professional services colleagues joined the PS Hub in 1 St Martin’s Le Grand
Following a smooth move over Friday and the weekend, all teams joining the PS Hub have successfully relocated to 1SMLG.
On Monday morning, the PS Hub team attended a launch event which included a welcome from Natalie Conway (PS Hub Director), before taking part in a ‘TetraMap’ map team building exercise.
The overall vision behind the PS Hub is that by working more closely together, from one location, we can improve service quality across the UCL community and provide aligned and customer-focused services.
With teams from different professional services areas working together in one location, there will be new opportunities to make connections and share ideas for how to improve our services.

- Credit Control
- NHS Billing
- HR Services
- Payroll
- HR Systems
- Workforce Reporting & Analytics
- ISD Helpdesk
- Switchboard
This is a new way of working for UCL, and we are leading the way in the Higher Education sector with (as far as we know) the largest cross-functional Professional Services Hub in the UK.
