UCL Arena for Programme Leaders, Directors and Administrators

Delivered by the UCL Arena Centre, sessions and resources for experienced and aspiring programme leaders/directors and administrators (PLDAs).

We are offering sessions on:

  • Designing Assessment across a Programme
  • Giving Good Quality Feedback
  • Enhancing Module Design
  • Programme Design: an introduction
  • Ensuring Consistent Marking

Search for these sessions in the UCL Arena events calendar for the latest bookable dates (tick the 'assessment and feedback' and 'programme design' option in the Subject filter).

These sessions run in term 1 and are repeated in term 2, so you can attend at a convenient time and choose sessions most relevant to your needs. All materials for the sessions and additional resources are available in this Moodle.

Drop-in sessions for programme leaders/directors and administrators

Come to the drop-in session with a burning question or issue and share with others. These sessions are aimed at existing and aspiring PLDAs. They will provide you with an opportunity to discuss programme issues in a supportive atmosphere with a small group of colleagues and to share good practice through collegial discussion.

Apply for Senior Fellowship

PLDs are in a position to influence, mentor and guide teaching staff. As a leader in education, you may be interested in applying for Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA). Find out more about how you can prepare to apply for SFHEA through the UCL Arena Senior Fellowship Pathway (SFP) Moodle.
