Learning environment

The facilities at UCL are definitely the best that I have come across. The Science Library alone is very rich in historical resources dating back centuries. Computer clusters are also largely available for any student. The laboratory equipment available is also very impressive, including IR, UV, and NMR spectrometers. The facilities are full of everything from centrifuges to gel imaging systems to really fantastic pipettes! UCL labs also really contribute to your understanding. As a Jewish student, I was also drawn to UCL by the fact that its founding was inspired by Jeremy Bentham, who supported the idea of UCL as a secular university.
