Annual Programme Survey (APS)

Annual Programme Survey is for all taught students.

UCL runs the Annual Programme Survey for all taught students to help us identify and act more promptly on issues affecting students.

The survey will provide departments with feedback that previously may have been captured through Student Evaluation Questionnaires, Module Evaluation Questionnaires or Continuous Module Dialogue

UCL students studying overseas will be able to complete the survey, but should only provide answers based on their time at UCL.

Schedule

  • Continuing students: 18 March  15 April 2024
  • Final year undergraduate: 6 May  3 June 2024
  • Postgraduate Taught: 29 May  26 June 2024

Annual Programme Survey Results

You can view the results on the You Shape UCL website (UCL login required).

About the Annual Programme Survey

Introduced in 2022-23 the Annual Programme Survey provides students with the opportunity to comment on their individual modules, as well as answer questions about their wider programme.

Following the surveys, we provide an analysis of the programme questions at university, faculty, department, and programme level, and we will disseminate the free text module comments directly to departments.

The APS makes up part of the data that informs Department Education Plans so that we know we are continually improving.
