Changes to how you book UCL Arena Centre events

As part of the MyHR upgrade, a new system, MyLearning is being introduced to book and record training and events.
Changes to current system
From 5 pm on Wednesday 15 January 2020, the current system Single Training Booking System (STBS) will no longer be available to book or amend existing event bookings.
How to book events in January to February
To book new events from Wednesday 15 January to Friday 28 February 2020, you will need to complete this Opinio survey, selecting your chosen event.
You do not need to re-book if you have already registered to attend events during this period.

How to book future events
From Friday 28 February, you will be able to book events in March and beyond through the new system, MyLearning.
You do not need to re-book if you have already registered to attend these events.
Details and location
All existing event details, including time and location, remain the same.
