Academic Model Project launches data collection for all UCL programmes

26 September 2017

Staff invited to presentations explaining how new Programme Summary will help improve curriculum information in student record system

UCL Portico

In October the Academic Model team launches the data collection for all programmes running across UCL. Staff are invited to sign up for information sessions explaining how this will work.

This next phase of the Academic Model Project (AMP) includes a series of data collection exercises to support the improvement of the quality and structure of curriculum information in SITS/Portico. In addition to programme data, two further data collections will focus on module data and teaching and assessment data.

To facilitate the collection of programme data, a new Programme Summary is being introduced, and will replace the Programme Specification and other documents from 2018/19.

All staff, particularly those involved in teaching and supporting taught programmes, are invited register for a short presentation, with the remainder of the hour for questions and discussion.

To ensure that the venues are big enough,  attendees are asked to register via the register now link to Eventbrite below. There is no need to bring tickets or copies of any email confirmations.
