Academic Practice and Technology (APT) Conference

Shaping academic practice through diversity and flexibility.

UCL, together with LSE and Imperial College London will the host 20th Academic Practice and Technology (APT2022) Conference. This conference for educational practitioners will take place on Friday 1 July 2022. The conference will take place on the UCL London Bloomsbury campus, and it will be preceded by streamed events and presentations on our website.

Participants will engage with a range of presentations, keynotes and discussion panels that showcase examples of academic practice that can inspire academic and professional services staff in critically developing their practice using technology in this year of disruption.

This annual conference, co-hosted by UCL, LSE and Imperial College London, will return to ‘in person’ mode but with online elements. The design of this year’s conference will maximise the benefits of face-to-face methods using high engagement and participation activities such as workshops, round tables and open space dialogue, to discuss and reflect on ideas and further develop our APT community.
