This session is aimed at students and staff who wish to gain a broad overview of UCL ChangeMakers. It will outline the benefits, the support and funding available, as well as helping individuals and teams to start refining their project ideas.

This workshop will: 

  • Provide information about ChangeMakers, including the benefits to students and staff; 

  • Provide information about the different levels of ChangeMakers funding; 

  • Introduce the themes for 2022-23; 

  • Give an overview of the application process and key dates; 

  • Give an overview of the support available, both pre- and post-application; 

  • Share some tips, advice and insights from previous ChangeMakers projects; 

  • Help individuals/teams begin to identify and refine their ideas; 

  • Answer any questions participants may have. 

After attending this session, you will: 

  • Understand the benefits of ChangeMakers project work, plus the roles of students and staff. 

  • Understand the package of support that is available. 

  • Be able to move to the next step in the application process – ChangeMakers: Developing Your Application
