Educational Leadership is one of the most important aspects of this descriptor and one that is less well articulated in some applications. This session will focus on what leadership at this descriptor might mean, some ways to collect evidence of impact, and look at some extracts of applications where leadership is successfully framed. Please bring to the session some ideas of what you might use to evidence leadership within your own application, so that you can discuss it in groups. We will not be sharing case studies, as these will be reviewed in a Senior Fellowship ‘Developing your Application’ session. |
