Promotion to Principal Teaching Fellow: an introduction to the Academic Careers Framework 29 Oct

UCL Arena Centre are delivering this session, which is open to all staff at UCL on a current Senior Teaching Fellow contract.  

In this panel event, you will learn more about an education-focused route and progression from Senior Teaching Fellow to Principal Teaching Fellow.

This workshop will: 

• explore the new Academic Careers Framework
• explain the UCL senior promotions process
• share tips for a successful promotion application and overcome challenges that others have faced 
• allow you to ask questions and hear from a panel of recently promoted colleagues

After attending this session you will

• leave with a better understanding of how to write a successful application and if the time is right for you, and;
• make contact with a colleague applying for promotion, and support each other as peer reviewers
