This workshop will delve into the fundamentals of professional relationship dynamics.

We will explore some of the common challenges that arise in professional relationships and the underlying causes of these challenges.

Participants will reflect on their professional roles and responsibilities in relation to others; learn to identify and articulate their needs and preferences in challenging situations; and consider an array of tools to enhance the quality of their professional interactions.

This session will cover:

• Common challenges that arise in professional settings and their underlying causes

• Your professional role and associated responsibilities in relation to others

• The fundamentals of assertiveness and constructive communication

• How to shift from disempowerment to empowerment in professional relationships

By the end of this course you will be able to:

• Articulate your needs and preferences in relation to others

• Learn how to cooperate and work more effectively with others

• Draw upon a range of tools to enhance workplace interactions
