Women in Research Masterclass 2: Creating and Nurturing Effective Collaboration
Course Description:

Women in Research online masterclass series: a dedicated programme to support early-career women researchers at UCL. Join us to get the chance to explore how we can develop our skills, mindsets and wisdom to increase our impact and influence in research and beyond. 

Research projects require a high level of collaboration to gain funding and get work done. However, there are often challenges and difficulties that arise in setting and developing collaboration projects.  Join us to explore approaches and mindsets that can help you become more effective as a team member and a leader. We will draw on evidence-based research and best practice.

Natacha Wilson, founder and director of Cambridge Insights, is an experienced course director, development consultant, and coach specialising in research leadership and innovation. Natacha gained multi-sector experience and worked in the creative and innovation sphere before moving to the University of Cambridge. She worked for the Business School and the Centre for Personal and Professional development on a range of leadership courses, skills development initiatives and impact evaluation. Natacha’s research interest focuses on identifying the skills, traits and conditions needed to become a successful leader in research and beyond.
