Sleep Strategies
Course Description:
This session will provide practical techniques and strategies to help optimise sleep patterns.

The coronavirus pandemic has turned the world upside down and affected all aspects of life, with many feeling anxious, stressed and isolated. Employees may find that their sleep patterns have changed since this started, making them feel more tired and lethargic. 

With illness surrounding us, sleep is so important to try to keep our immune system strong, and our mental health balanced.  

This session will cover:

  • Overview of how we sleep
  • The importance of sleep
  • How the pandemic has impacted on our sleep and why
  • Strategies and techniques for better sleep

Objectives:

By the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Understand the impact of sleep on your health, wellbeing and performance
  • Put into place strategies and tips to optimise our sleep patterns…particularly at the moment
  • Put into place techniques to combat sleep stress
