Working Smarter: Reducing Overwhelm
Course Description:

Work can be stressful and overwhelm can creep up often by the time we realise how stressed we are it is too late. This 60-minute webinar will help you think about the causes of overwhelm and design ways you can protect yourself from it. It will focus identifying the risks you are exposed to right now and the steps you can take to keep yourself well, happy, and effective in your work and home life.

The webinar will cover:

  • The causes of overwhelm
  • Signs and triggers to watch out for
  • 5 practical ways you can protect yourself 

This is a bite size session and will not be able to provide in depth support for particular circumstances. It works alongside the Working Smarter programme modules.
