Course Description: This is the fourth in a series of four advanced Microsoft Teams workshops which aim to make you more confident and productive when working with Teams. This fourth workshop focuses on using Forms polls for a range of situations when collaborating in Teams. The session covers polling in meetings, channels and chats, creating polls during and prior to meetings, and linking existing Microsoft Forms surveys to channel tabs.
Please note, this is a challenging course and requires a basic understanding of the use of Teams channels, tabs, private chats, meetings and meeting chats. If you are completely new to Teams or have only recently started using Teams please see the Prerequisites section below.
You may find it useful to have some prior experience of using Microsoft Forms before attending this workshop, although this is not essential. You may wish to first attend the DSD: Microsoft Forms Demo course or attend as a follow-up course.
The Teams workshops may be attended in any order. Workshop 1 focuses on posts, private chats, managing teams, customising your settings, many tips and more. Workshop 2 focuses on managing and participating in meetings. Workshop 3 takes a comprehensive look at document collaboration.
Once you have booked on the course you will be able to access all of the online materials in our Digital Skills Development Moodle course.
