Infographics are graphic representations of information, data or knowledge, designed to present information quickly and clearly. The high visual content is eye catching and faster to process than text based content. Many free online tools are available which enable you to easily and quickly create your own impressive infographics without the need for design expertise. Most tools provide a wide range of templates and graphic elements to select from. Examples of popular tools include: Canva, Easel.ly, Piktochart, Venngage and Visme.

This demonstration session will look at examples of infographics and the basics of a couple of free web-based infographic creation tools: Canva and Visme.

Once you have booked on the course you will be able to access all of the online materials in our Digital Skills Development Moodle course.
