Emergency First Aid at Work
Course Description:

An assessment of the number and type of first aiders required in each UCL location has been carried out and requests for first aid training can only be made if any of the following conditions exist:

  • The number of first aiders for the building has dropped below the Baseline Assessment
  • The type of work, hazards or the nature of the workforce changes
  • The first aider is for a specific activity or specialist area
  • The first aider holds a valid certificate which is due to expire within three months

Prerequisites:

To request first aid training, the manager of the work or work area must complete the First Aid Assessment form and submit to Safety Services for consideration (you can find this via MyLearning - click on Register Interest for access).
