Course Description:

Women in Research online masterclass series: a dedicated programme to support early career women researchers at UCL. Join us to get the chance to explore how we can develop our skills, mindsets, and wisdom to increase our impact and influence in research and beyond. 


Are you faced with many difficult and complex decisions? Join us to explore how to boost your decision-making capabilities in the context of research – learn more about your preferred style and how to improve your decision making process.



Objectives:

By the end of the session, you will be able to: 

. explore the different styles of decision-making.

. assess the power of reflection to reach valuable insights.

. identify ways to make decision when you are working with insufficient information.

. work on brain-friendly strategies to aid decision-making. 

. identify the influence of VUCA on our decision- making power.

This programme is open to all self-identified female researchers.
