Essential Skills for Being More Assertive
Course Description: This is an introductory workshop with advance enrolment on Practising Being More Assertive. Attendees who attend this introductory workshop are encouraged to attend Part 2 (Practising Being More Assertive). This is a bite-sized on-line session that will introduce you to a range of techniques for applying a more positive and assertive approach towards your working relationships. This session will cover: Defining assertive behaviour Showing you how assertiveness can assist when interacting with others in different situations
Objectives: By the end of this course, you will be able to: Reflect on these techniques and explore how you may apply them in your role at UCL JJ Lynch is Managing Director of Leading-Edge Leadership. He is a highly experienced trainer, coach and motivational speaker.
