A space dedicated to CMIS Users (UCL's timetabling software) for help and guidance with common and specific timetabling tasks.

Timetabling Services Team

The Timetabling Services team are here to support departments with their Timetabling requirements. The Team is made up of dedicated Faculty Timetabling Coordinators who can support colleagues within departments with a range of activities, such as:

  • creating a CMIS account, setting up CMIS, initial user training and guidance
  • assisting departmental colleagues when creating more complicated teaching events within CMIS
  • providing guidance on UCL space and general space availability
  • rooming teaching events created in CMIS
  • providing alternative suggestions when events cannot go ahead as planned/requested
  • providing guidance on timetabling structures and best practice
