Coming soon! New workflow for Withdrawal requests

We are developing a new workflow on Portico to replace C2RS for Withdrawal requests. This will provide a simpler, more intuitive process for students and staff and represents the next step in our transition of Change of Circumstance processes from C2RS to Portico.  The look and feel of the Withdrawals workflow will be very similar to the Programme Transfer workflow which we launched on Portico last year, providing consistency in user experience for staff and students across Change of Circumstances. 

The new workflow is currently being tested by representatives from faculties and departments and the Student Records team.

We plan to launch the workflow at the end of May and will work with our Faculty contacts over the coming months to give access to Staff Reviewers and Approvers. We will also provide updated staff and student guidance.
