Annual SITS/Portico upgrade successfully completed

The SITS/Portico upgrade to version 10.7 was successfully completed earlier this month thanks to the outstanding efforts of the teams involved. Access to this critical system was restored as planned on Monday 15 April, and students were once again able to submit extenuating circumstances claims via this service.

Dates for future upgrades

The next two annual upgrades will be taking place in December on the following dates:

• 6-9 December 2024 – upgrade to version 10.8
• 5-8 December 2025 – upgrade to version 10.10
