Generation of 2023-24 student assessment records

The process to generate student module assessment records for the 2023-24 academic session will commence in early October. This activity will run weekly until the end of January in order to process newly approved module selections and update generated records where late amendments have been made.

It is essential that teaching and parent departments check for outstanding module selection approvals on a regular basis to ensure that the generated assessment records are as accurate as possible.

The frequency of this activity will support assessments delivered via AssessmentUCL early in the term as well as the Extenuating Circumstances application process.

All modules available for 2023-24 will also be set ready for marks to be entered.

Examination Liaison Officers are reminded that marker records need to be created for 2023-24 via Portico to enable staff to enter assessment marks for specified modules.
