New workflow for Programme Transfer requests from 2 November

Our new workflow for Programme Transfer requests on Portico will go live to staff and students on 2 November. It will replace C2RS and any new Programme Transfer requests from 2 November onwards should be submitted and processed on Portico. 

We have nominated a Programme Transfer Champion for each Faculty who will work with us to ensure that all approving Faculty / Department staff have access to the workflow in advance of go-live. Your Programme Transfer Champion will also be a key point of contact for any queries after go-live.  

We will be running a Faculty / Department staff briefing session on using Portico for Programme Transfers on Thursday 26 October 2-3pm. Please email currentstudent@ucl.ac.uk to receive an invitation to this session.  

Guidance materials, including a recording of the briefing, will be published on the Student Records Change of Circumstances webpage from 30 October.
