Coming soon! Updates to the Research Student Management pages in Portico

We will be making some changes to the layout and names of tasks on the Research Student Management pages in Portico later this month. These changes are designed to make it easier for users to find the tasks that they need and to clarify what each task does.

The mapping below shows the current and future layout of the Research Student Management pages overlaid with a task reference number to enable you to check the new location / name of each task. The “run a query..” task will be removed.

Please note that we are not making any changes to access permissions as part of these updates. The tasks that you see on your Research Student Management pages are determined by your role, therefore you may not see all tasks shown above on your pages. Please contact your Head of Department or Exams Liaison Officer if you have questions about the tasks available to you or your access permissions.
