Introduction of Digital Award Certificates from December

From 6 December, PGR and PGT students will receive a Digital Award Certificate in addition to their Hard Copy Award Certificate.

These Digital Award Certificates will provide a secure digital record of achievements as verified by UCL and students will be able to share them with third parties.

We are partnering with Gradintelligence to provide this Digital Award Certificate service (Gradintelligence already work with us to provide students with access to their Higher Education Achievement Report).

To access their Digital Award Certificates, students will need to first activate their account with Gradintelligence. They will then be able to log in and view / share their Digital Award Certificates. Eligible students will be notified of this in their results email and will then receive an account activation email from Gradintelligence once their Digital Award Certificate is uploaded.

We will provide a template email for Departments to share with students whose results are not yet available.

Digital Award Certificates will be provided to all students who receive an award from this point on. In the new year, we will back-issue Digital Award Certificates to students awarded in summer 2023.
