Exam Board Dates Collection Exercise for the 2022/23 Academic Session

Exam Board dates for the 2022/23 academic session will be collected via spreadsheets again this year. Spreadsheets containing UG and PGT Exam Boards and associated programmes will be uploaded to Faculty TEAMS channels by the end of March. All Exam Board dates recorded on the spreadsheet by Friday 28 April 2023 will be uploaded directly to Portico for you, so you will not be required to do this twice.

Any subsequent changes to Board dates, or additional dates for re-sit boards taking place in early 2024, can be added directly to Portico once the External Examiners hub is open for 2022/23 activity.  Please also let your Student Records contact know if your Exam Board date changes after the dates have been uploaded to Portico. 

Please note: Main Exam boards are to take place during the following periods: 

UG Main Exam Boards: 15 - 23 June 2023
PGT Main Exam Boards: 30 October - 10 November 2023
