2022 Summer Graduation Ceremonies

We are looking forward to welcoming staff at the in-person graduation ceremonies which are taking place from Thursday 30^th June – Thursday 14^th July 2022. 

Ceremonies are taking place at Logan Hall, IOE, UCL’s Faculty of Education and Society, 20 Bedford Way, London WC1H 0AL, followed by drinks reception at Woburn Square Gardens, London, WC1H 0NS. 

Three ceremonies will be running per day from 10.30am, 2.30pm and 5.30pm for approximately 75 minutes.  The drinks reception will follow immediately after each ceremony, and we have also allocated 75 minutes.

For the morning ceremony, staff should block from 9am -1pm.  Lunchtime ceremony: block from 1pm to 5pm and for the early evening ceremony: block from 4pm - 8pm.

Staff should register their attendance and hire their gowns free of charge online by 10.00am 9^th June.
