Curriculum Data Maintenance and Module Selection for 2022-23

On 1 December 2021, SLT held a briefing session for departments in which departments could ask questions about Curriculum Data Maintenance and Module Selection for 2022/23. 

A recording of the session and answers to questions raised are available in the Training and Support for 2022/23 section of the Module Registration support webpage. 

A further Q&A session was also held on 14 January 2022 session and these will be added to the website shortly. Other noteworthy Q&As will be added as they arise over the coming weeks and months. 

Reminder 

The Curriculum Data Maintenance: Modules and Assessments and Programme Diets tasks are now open. Please refer to the dedicated Curriculum Data Maintenance webpages for more information about the activities where comprehensive training materials are also provided. 

By 25 February 2022, please ensure you have: 

•    Reviewed modules running and content for the 2022/23 UCL Module Catalogue in the Portico Curriculum Data Maintenance: Modules and Assessments task.
•    Updated any assessments for 2022/23 on the Assessment Change spreadsheets on your Faculty and Student Records MS Team. 
•    Confirmed your returning / continuing student diets required for continuing student module selection in the Curriculum Data Maintenance: Programmes task.
