Changes to Casework Team

From 1 March, the Casework and Governance teams will be moving into a new structure.   

The Governance team, headed by Nick McGhee, will form part of the new Office of the General Counsel, based in the Provost’s Office.   

The Regulations and Casework Team, which deals with student complaints and academic and non-academic disciplinary related issues, will be part of Academic Services. Dr Dionne Spencer, who has joined us from London Metropolitan University, will head the team, with Zoe Harrison joining us from Kingston University as the Casework Manager.
