Undergraduate Copy Call has now commenced

Copy Call Timeline: 

• Undergraduate copy call (annual update of marketing element of summaries) opens in Portico
  14 December 2022 
• Undergraduate copy call (annual update of marketing element of summaries) closes = 9 working weeks
  17 February 2023 
• Undergraduate Prospectus (print edition) published
  Mid-February 2023 
• Undergraduate Prospectus (online edition) published
  Early March 2023 
• Undergraduate programme summaries for 2024 entry close to further edits
  31 March 2023 

Important point to note about modules in your diets and how it will appear in the Programme Summary and Prospectus.

The compulsory modules will be taken from the approved diet for 2023/24 entry. These cannot be edited in the summary as they pull in directly from the diet. Please check that these are correct for each year of study. 

The optional modules from the approved diet for 2023/24, will pull into the summary automatically, however you will be able to amend the list using delete/add buttons. A maximum of 24 optional modules will display across all years of study. 

Any elective or non-condonable modules in the diet will not be displayed in the Prospectus entry.
