Welcome Hub - Now Open

From 20 September, the Welcome Hub will open and will be offering campus tours to students (no bookings required) and running help desks covering a range of central services such as student fees, admissions, enrolment and security. There will be welcome ambassadors in bright blue welcome t-shirts helping students to navigate the campus and queues, and be friendly faces to answer questions.
 
A second Welcome Hub will be based in the marquee in the main quad and will be well signposted. Opposite the marquee will be the health hub, hosted by Student Support and Wellbeing. They will be offering GP registrations, student and wellbeing advice, and other fun health related activities too.
 
ID card collection and BRP collections are taking place in JBR and Haldane rooms, and advisors will be there with iPads to check students have bookings and have enrolled.
 
The Student Union have organised a huge range of activities to take place from 20 September to 8 October that will be spread across the Wilkins Terrace, Garden Room, a stage in the quad, marquee and in the quad pop up. The Welcome Fair will take over the campus for the weekend of 25-26 September.
