Bulk assignment of Personal Tutors to taught students implemented in Portico

The Portico Personal Tutor Allocation task has been re-developed to provide a better service for staff. The main benefit the improved task provides is the ability to assign a Personal Tutor to a group of taught students in a single process.

Other features that have been introduced to make the allocation process as simple and efficient as possible include:

• A comprehensive range of options for retrieving, sorting, filtering and searching for individual or groups of students to assign or unassign Personal Tutors
• A 'working list' option for retrieving a specific group of students by student number
• The ability to easily view all students that have not been assigned a Personal Tutor
• The option to export the retrieved records as an Excel CSV file.

Enhancements have also been made to the Personal tutees: view to offer sorting and filtering capabilities.
