External Examiner reports remain in Portico In-tray until ‘closed’

Academic Services will review Departmental Board responses and then publish / ‘close’ the External Examiner reports which will remove the task from your in-tray.

Once the reports are closed, different groups will be able to access the reports and responses as the final closed report: 

External Examiners – via html file that will be emailed when the report is closed  

Students – via their ‘My Studies’ Portico page either through ‘Module Assessment’ or ‘Summary of Results and Awards’. Students can access reports relating to the modules they are enrolled on. 

Other staff members – via the task ‘BoE reports 2019|2018|2017’ in the ‘Board of Examiners’ container (within the ‘Awards, Assessments and Achievements’ tab). Reports from past three years can be accessed.
