Student Load Data Collection Exercise suspended

In response to a request from CRAG to reduce workload on admin teams by not carrying out a full student load exercise, we will not request additional programme, module and research supervision data from departments this year. Instead, we will simply provide data for resource allocation based on this year’s student data combined with programme, module and supervision data from 2019/20.

New modules and programmes will be allocated to the home department in the absence of any other information.

Whilst we will not be undertaking a general data collection, If there are any modules in your department for which you wish to provide data because there has been a significant change, you may of course do so.

For new students, we will use supervisor data as recorded in Portico, so please ensure that this is up to date.
