Reminder Autumn Boards without dates and assign modules

***Urgent request***

There are still many Boards from Bartlett, IoE, Life Sciences, MAPS, Medical School, without Board dates on Portico. If your Board is no longer running and is inactive, please let us know straight away and confirm if the modules and External Examiner will be covered by another Board.  

Please can Board Administrators and/or Chairs ensure that all dates for Autumn boards not already entered on Portico are done so immediately. Please also assign modules to External Examiners as this we cannot complete their fee payment without these details. 

This Portico task can be completed using the Board of Examiners data hub task (within the Awards, Assessments and Achievements tab).
