New Head of Academic Policy and Quality Assurance

Dan Derricott joined us on 30 November as Head of Academic Policy and Quality Assurance - the team that deals with Quality Assurance, Regulations, Programme Approval and Academic Partnerships.

Dan joins from the University of Warwick where he managed a range of education policy and quality functions and projects. He brings substantial experience as an external reviewer for QAA and several similar bodies across Europe, serves on the Quality Assessment Committee of the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales, and is proudly the Chair of Governors for a large primary school.
