​​​​​​​Query Management Spreadsheet published on TEAMS

In order to more efficiently manage the high volumes of mark entry and Exam board related queries expected throughout the forthcoming period, the Student Records team have posted a Query Log on each Faculty TEAMS site. This takes the form of a bespoke spreadsheet allowing departmental colleagues to record the key details of their query so that Student Records can then decide an appropriate response, removing the need for colleagues to email examboards@ucl.ac.uk. This will also help us to prioritise queries, as well as assist in identifying any reoccurring issues or training needs. 

Student Records will be holding remote ‘drop-in’ sessions to further assist colleagues to resolve any concerns, and these can be requested via the Query Log.

Your Student Records Manager will be in touch with Faculty Tutors to discuss how the log will work in more detail, as well as how best to support your teams during this busy time.
