Update: Guidance for providing Moodle access to External Examiners now available

Following the 2018/19 Summer and Autumn examination boards, many External Examiners reported via their annual reports that they had not been given access to departments’ Moodle pages. Moodle access should be managed by the Departmental IT representative using the details (UPI, username) sent to Departmental colleagues by Academic Services during the nomination stage.

As a result of this feedback, the External Examining team have produced a guidance document for departmental teams about giving access to External Examiners to the department’s Moodle pages which can be found on the External Examining webpage.
