Reminder: External Examiner Nominations and Appointments task 2019/20

A reminder that External Examiner (EE) Nominations and Appointments for 2019/20 should now be completed and preparation underway for the 2020/21 round of nominations
A reminder that External Examiners (EE) for 2019/20 should have been nominated, all details checked and formally appointed. In preparation for 2020/21 academic year, we ask that you check EE in their final year and start to identify a replacement EE for 2020/21.
Please refer to Chapter 9, Section 4.4.1 (Process of Nomination) of the Academic Manual for further details about the updated criteria and process prior to completing the Pre-nomination form below:
Once submitted, our team will contact the External Examiner and request they complete a separate brief form to record their Date of Birth and City/Town of Residence, so departmental colleagues no longer need to request this from the External Examiner.
Our team will set up the nomination after receiving complete data from departments and the External Examiner via the Office Forms.
