Degree Documentation Production/Dispatch

The Student Records team attended the September Graduation Ceremonies and handed out over 3,300 Degree Certificates and Transcripts to Undergraduate students who were awarded this Summer.

This was the first time that Degree Certificates have been handed out at UCL Graduation Ceremonies, and was a huge success and well received by the students. This will enable students applying for jobs to verify their qualifications with their official degree documentation much earlier than in previous years.

Students who were awarded in the Summer (1st July 2019 award date) but did not attend a Graduation Ceremony, will be receiving their Degree documents the week commencing 07 October 2019.

Degree documents for PGCE students awarded on the 1 August 2019 and PGCE LSA awards approved by Friday 27 September, will be dispatched by end of November.

All other LSA and PGT awards from October Exam Boards will be dispatched within 3 months of conferral of award. Please note that all documents are dispatched to a student’s Home address as recorded on Portico.

Home students degree documents are sent by 1st Class mail and Overseas degree documents are sent via DHL.
