Examination Timetable Data Task
4 November 2019
Data checking window for exam timetable data: 7 - 29 November 2019
The task to check the data that will feed into the production of the main examination timetable for 2020 is now open (7 - 29 November 2019).
The task to confirm module information for 2020/21 will be opened in January where colleagues from the Student Lifecycle team will be in contact with you regarding training for this enhanced task.
The purpose of checking the data that feeds into the Main 2020 examination timetable is to ensure that the data we hold is correct.
To identify any examinations that have to be timetabled together, to submit timetable requests and an opportunity to view/amend the exam hall requirements information for items that will need to accompany an exam paper i.e. graph paper, whether calculators are permitted etc.
Please note Module and assessment data for the current academic year CAN NOT be changed.
To support departments with this process we will be running drop in sessions in a cluster room – you will then be able to log on and work on the process with the Exams Team on site to assist with any queries. The deadline for the completion of this task is 29 November 2019.
