Progression and Award Rules

During May enhanced Portico functionality will be launched enabling staff to view the progression and award rules that have been associated with their programmes in Portico in plain English.

Progression and award rules enable Portico to calculate the appropriate outcomes for students based on the academic regulations. Staff are encouraged to view these rules prior to holding their boards this summer.

Further information will be provided as part of the Portico Training on Exam Board processes for Board Administrators and Examination Liaison Officers.
